We had a backup in the utility sink in the basement. Joshua was terrific. It proved to be a thorny problem to locate the clog. He was extremely persistent, called for a longer snake and worked until he fixed the problem. It took quite some time. We very much appreciated his persistence and his professional and pleasant demeanor. Many people would have gotten frustrated and given up. Highly recommend Joshua.
